200 Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training

Our 200 Hour Foundational Teacher Training will give you the practical skills and hands-on experience needed to lead safe and inspiring group yoga classes.

But—it’s so much more than that! Through a series of lectures, student-led presentations, practice teaching opportunities, and group bonding activities, you will be taken out of your comfort zone and into the exciting mindset of a new teacher, exploring the capacity of your unique voice.

Requirements

• All trainees must complete our 50 hour Deepen Your Practice e-course (included in your tuition and available for download at the time of purchase)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (16 with parental consent)

Refund Policy

• This purchase is non-refundable after 72 hours. If a refund is requested within 72 hours of purchase, funds will be returned less a $200 processing fee.
• After 72 hours, your training tuition becomes transferable only. If you need to transfer your training tuition to a future training date and location, we require at least 30 days notice prior to the training start date. You must transfer your training within two years of your initial purchase.
