Deepen Your Practice E-Course

The Deepen Your Practice E-Course is all about building a practice of curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning. 

Course content includes 50 hours of fascinating lectures on the history and philosophy of yoga, the effects of yoga on your brain and body through a scientific lens, and the ethical precepts of yoga and how to incorporate these lessons in your everyday life. 

We also dive deeply into the science of rest and relaxation, and provide a thorough understanding of how to practice mindfulness through a variety of meditation techniques, with a special emphasis on Savasana.

Prerequisites
