The Modo Chair Teacher Training empowers yoga teachers to confidently and creatively integrate the chair as a dynamic, accessible prop in their classes.
In this 20-hour course, you’ll learn how to use the chair to support standing, seated, and floor-based postures, adapt transitions, and build intelligent sequencing that enhances strength, balance, mobility, and functional stability. Discover how to structure a full Modo Chair class or thoughtfully integrate chair variations into mixed-level settings.
Featuring 15 lessons with video instruction, guided practice, applied teaching frameworks, readings, and reflection prompts, this training emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and evidence-informed, student-centered teaching—so you can create supportive, empowering experiences for diverse bodies and abilities.
I highly recommend their teacher training program and if I could do it all again I would in a heart beat.
