Modo Pilates Teacher Training

Join the Modo Pilates Teacher Training and learn to teach one of our newest class types.

This 4-day training is designed exclusively for Modo Yoga teachers who want to become certified to teach the standardized Modo Hot Pilates class—a challenging but accessible, functional, and breath-driven movement class taught in a heated room.

Through posture breakdowns, practice teaching, and anatomy-informed cueing, trainees will learn the full structure of the Modo Hot Pilates sequence, with emphasis on:

• Anatomy and biomechanics for core strength and functional movement

• Modifications and accessibility for diverse bodies and abilities

• Breath work and safety for heated class environments

• Effective cueing and presence as a Pilates instructor

• Practice teaching with real-time feedback

The training is offered in person, with an option to participate online at the same price. Please note:

 We strongly recommend attending in person if possible. Online participants will receive full access to the material and guidance but may experience a different level of interaction and engagement.

Requirements

• Prior completion of our 200 Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training
• Must be 18 years of age or older (16 with parental consent)

Refund Policy

• This purchase is non-refundable after 72 hours. If a refund is requested within 72 hours of purchase, funds will be returned less a $200 processing fee.
• After 72 hours, your training tuition becomes transferable only. If you need to transfer your training tuition to a future training date and location, we require at least 30 days notice prior to the training start date. You must transfer your training within two years of your initial purchase.
