Whether you’re looking to refine your strength, build lean muscle, or enhance your overall body awareness, Modo Sculpt challenges you in a way that’s safe, sustainable, and fun.
I highly recommend their teacher training program and if I could do it all again I would in a heart beat.
Soph Dam
I would not hesitate to encourage other yogis interested in delving deeper into the Modo practice, to take an on-line training if they are unable to attend in person.
Nancy Enns
I could not recommend the Modo Foundational Teacher Training highly enough. The experience was nothing short of transformational.
Emily Farrow
The Modo Yoga Teacher Training was amazing! I signed up with the intention of deepening my practice, which I certainly did. In addition, I gained the knowledge, confidence, and desire to teach yoga, and made some lifelong friends from around the world.

I absolutely LOVED the foundational teacher training course, and I look forward to taking more trainings with Modo in the future!
